Delivered a full refurbishment of a student accommodation building, covering communal areas, hallways, communal staircases, core areas, 45 rooms, 10 kitchens, and 10 living spaces. The scope also included fire-stopping works to risers, replacement of 55 windows, and external improvements including paving and soft landscaping, enhancing the safety, functionality, and overall appearance of the building.
